Aeromexico is Mexico's largest airline, founded in 1934, with its main hub at Mexico City International Airport. Aeromexico airline bookings provide a variety of plane tickets to travellers.
Basic Fare: Tickets are limited and are distributed at random. It is not possible to upgrade to AM Plus or Class Premier. A traveller is only permitted to bring one carryon bag. The ticket is not refundable.
Classic Fare: seats are assigned to the Passenger according on his/her request. Tickets with this fare can be upgraded to AM Plus or Clase Premier. Amass Club Premier Points (A flyer programme for frequent air traveller). A traveller with a Classic price ticket may bring one carryon and one checked bag. It is fully refundable with no additional fees.
Flexible Fare: The traveller sits in the seat of his choice. Each traveller is permitted to bring one bag in addition to one piece of checked luggage. The Flexible fare ticket allows the passenger to vary the date and time of his journey without incurring any additional fees. Tickets are fully refundable.
AM Plus Fare: If available, the traveller may select his own seat. Seats provide plenty of legroom for relaxation, which contributes to the comfort. Passengers can take advantage of Sky Priority at the airport. Checked Baggage is permitted. The traveller has the option of changing the date and time. It is fully refundable and there are no cancellation costs.
Comfort Fare: This ticket allows for two checked bags and one carry-on bag weighing up to 18 kilogrammes. Seats are assigned in the Premier cabin with the Premier salon, if available. Sky Priority is available. It is not refundable.
Premier Fare: This ticket includes more room and in-flight food service. Flatbed chairs are offered to allow the body to rest entirely. The ticket's time and date can be modified. Check-in, boarding, and deboarding are preferred. Only certain flights are refundable.
CARRY-ON BAGGAGE POLICY: Passengers on Aeromexico airlines are permitted to bring one personal item and one standard carry-on bag free of charge.
Personal items and carry-on bags shall have a maximum dimension of 21.5*15.7*10 inches (55*40*25cm).
The weight of the carry-on luggage should not exceed 22 pounds (10 kg).
Two free items are allowed, including a stroller, bassinet, and diaper bag.
CHECKED BAGGAGE POLICY: Every checked luggage must have a maximum linear size of 62 inches (158 cms).
When flying with Aeromexico Airlines, travellers have the choice of checking in prior or after arriving at the airport.
WEB CHECK-IN: Travelers can print their boarding card 48 hours before the planned departure time for domestic flights and 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights using the web check-in service.
Web check-in closes two hours before the planned departure time.
Web check-in is only accessible if and only if the following conditions are met:
The flight ticket is electronic, and bookings can only have a maximum of 6 people.
